GTM Engineering · Dallas Andrews · OKRs · 2Q2026 close-out and Oct 1 to Dec 31 2026

Two periods. Every key result is something I ship or a routine I keep.

Each objective sits under one of your three GTM objectives in the OKR tool, line for line. Your lines carry the 15 meetings, the beta signatures and pricing; mine do not inherit them. Every key result is something I deliver or a routine I keep. Meetings, pipeline, and whether other teams adopt the tools get reported in the Friday readout. Where the next step belongs to someone else, my key result ends when I hand it over.

    delivered
Ranked intake of 76 accounts, three skills Frank runs himself, and a written plan for how the pilot gets measured.

The channel is measured and scaling

  1. KR1
A campaign scorecard at every Pipeline Council: sends, replies, meetings and opportunities as recorded in Salesforce, spend, cost per meeting.
    every council
Read against the council's $3,402 cold baseline. Estimates and recorded results shown separately. First one Oct 1.
  2. KR2
Stars October refresh: within 10 business days of the CMS release the universe is rebuilt, customer-excluded and loaded as a wave for Nate.
    on release
  3. KR3
Every account an AE, AM or partner rep hands me gets its map, room, brief, one-pager and execution kit within five business days.
    floor of 10
Keegan's, Frank's and Inger's accounts set the pattern.
  4. KR4
Partner pilot: every pilot account has a sequence ready and a named rep; the 45-day result is reported from Salesforce.
    day 45
  5. KR5
On every send: no current customer in a cold campaign, checked on real rows before each wave; sending-domain health checked weekly.
    routine
Pass or fail. A quarter that hits its numbers by breaking this one did not hit its numbers.

Check-ins

How progress gets read

  • The Friday readout to Naveen is the check-in record; the HR system gets the same lines.
  • Any date that moves because of something outside my hands (a contract, an AM clearance, another team's intro) is noted with the reason, not counted as a miss.
